Ordered a part that was suppose to fit my car. Once I started installing it the holes didn't line up. Called customer service and they refused to refund my money due to the fact I already tried installing it. I was told I should have looked at it before installing it to ensure it fits. Even though they advertised it as being precisely made for my car. This company is built to rip people off and do not back their products. Order from a company that has good morals because this one doesn't have any.
Ordered 5,000 customs wheel they been delayed 3 times my rep wont take my call they won't give me a refund since it's a special order my car is stuck at a shop in Florida this is a nightmare I will never do business with them again customer service turn on you once they get your money sad sad people what work here DO NOT USE! CROOKS!

Order from somewhere else and wait its worth it took forever and had to wait on the phone twice for over 30 minutes just to talk to someone
Noticed after placing an order the amony went up 30$ after I had payed, called and spent two hours talking to non English speaking representatives and confirmed my order was canceled, the next day they charged me twice and accidentally sent the order anyway, order was lost in shipping and I am on week six trying to get me credit from Cardit. They can see I canceled but still will not credit the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst company I have dealt with in a long time
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY EITHER SHIP DAMAGED OR THE WRONG GOODS AND IT IS TEDIUS TO RETURN TIRES/WHEELS. ONCE THEY SCREW UP AN ORDER THEY NEVER FULFILL IT CORRECTLY. WE ATTEMPTED TWO TIMES TO PURCHASE FOR CARiD. BOTH TIMES WERE A BAD EXPERIENCE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY DON'T ANSWER CALL AND WHEN YOU DO GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, THEY CAN'T HELP! I RATE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 5 STARS.
The initial customer service (getting me to buy the the product) is good.
The post purchase customer service... absolutely terrible. No follow up on order.
Took 20+ inquiries about product arrival date within 2 months for a update on my account. Only to find out a few days later I need to wait an additional 2 months. 4 months for some calipers, why don’t they put it out of stock?!
I will not buy here again. I’m sure eBay would do a better job.
Great product and arrived on time! These Weathertech rugs for perfectly in the Audi and still are in great shape over a year later.

No I would never recommend Carid.com. I would never recommend their customer service. This company has zero accountability and willingly defrauds hard working Americans of their stimulus checks in the middle of a pandemic without second thoughts.
I got into a minor car “accident” with the neighborhood tree and I needed a replacement hood and and a new “engine grill- you know the plastic in front of the car with the brand on it”
So I spend about 250$ for the two items (1 hood 101+ 80$ shipping and 1 engine grill 30$+tax). Fair enough, when you buy the product, it comes with a warning to check the product to make sure there are no deficiencies. After carefully watching the video and checking boxes, I figured, this company would check their items before sending them out as quality insurance..but guess what? It’s too much asked. CarID doesn’t even get the item in their Store/warehouse. They or whom ever they get their products from “send” or “not send” items out blindly. Alright that’s just company policy I guess...
I then get information about this freight shipping company’s procedure. “This item will be delivered to the address on file(Local Garage) in the afternoon, please be there to sign and inspect item”. Ok great. I work until 2pm. At approximately 1:01pm, I get a voicemail @ work from the freight company that they hired (3rd party) informing me that he (driver) will deliver the item (1-hood) at around 1:31pm. Ok so I get out of work as fast I can while calling the garage, no answer, so I drive there as fast as I can, when I get there, the item has already being signed by a mechanic and he didn’t inspect the item. After everything said and done, the replacement hood I ordered via CarID is DEFECTIVE, the screw holes are bent and it cannot be installed.
So I decide to call this company (CARID) to inquire, talked with a representative that refuse to get me someone with more knowledge, I asked for any manager available, he told me there ain’t any.. ok good job CARID.. you have basic knowledge workers working without supervision on your support line... good job.
The representative repeatedly tell me what the company policies were and telling me that CARID IS NEVER RESPONSIBLE for items that “their” customers buy on the CARID website, because you know, it’s just easier to pass the bucket when something goes wrong.
So you could’ve let with that information on your website in BOLD I would’ve never bought from you. This whole situation was only with the Car hood replacement I ordered; but please remember, I also ordered a “engine grill”. And guess what this representative told me over the phone? “I see that you bought this other item on our website, the “engine grill” and you paid 30$+ tax and oh, by the way, this order or item is NON EXISTENT, I like I have no record of this order, although we took your money, I’ll look into where this item is..”
This “recorded” phone call was on February 2nd 2021. Today is the 20th of February 2021.

Ordered 26 inch Diablo Fury wheels and tires to be mounted then shipped to me. The wheels/tires arrived perfectly mounted and balanced and the rims were in perfect condition packaged very nicely to protect the chrome lip...they also arrived 2 weeks before they were even supposed to ship i am very impressed with Carid
I Purchased floor mats that did not provide much coverage in my tundra. Customer service just refused to give me a refund of an unsatisfied customer. I would suggest you look elsewhere for products because once they get you money they will not accommodate you If you are not satisfied with their product. Their policy is their satisfaction is your satisfaction not the other way around, so be-Where!

I have contacted carid.com several times about my order. I received the wrong tracking info. And 1 month later, I still dont have the correct tracking id# or my product. Customer service reps have not been any help and they keep putting me off
I ordered a spoiler for my 2004 911 Carrera. After four days of inquiries, I was told it will be shipped on this day. When I emailed to inquire shipment, the rep was unable to tell me whether it was shipped from the warehouse or not.
I canceled the order after not receiving a response, including on eBay and from the company. Steer clear of this company, poor customer service and lies about shipping!

I would recommend not buying from them. If you observe, most of the 5 stars have been revised upwards after CARid offered customers and incentive to do so.

They are only concerned about the sale and not the customer. Maybe the owner was in the used car buisness before!

Took me over two weeks and then got a damaged product, turning into a major nightmare to get replaced or refunded. These guys are real con artists. Run, don't walk away from this company.

I ordered tires and rims 3 weeks ago, two calls to carid. Com and they can't even tell me. But they want 10% restocking fee to cancel the order! Stay away from these guys

You are right as a general rule people are negative but if you look at other sites there are a lot of good feedback too.
Which you don't have!
You're customer service is good but your return policy is not.
